Yes, we encourage sponsors to create and host their own events, and our central team is happy to help as well.  For more information and requirements, please consult the FAQs for hosts on our website.

Visibility varies by type of sponsorship. Main sponsors receive maximum exposure through promotional materials, on the website, during the opening ceremony, and in all MXTW communications.

Last year, MXTW gathered over 9,000 attendees at 200+ events. This year, we hope to exceed those figures, offering an exceptional opportunity to demonstrate your support and commitment to technological innovation and the growth of the tech community.

To become a host, visit our website at mexicotechweek.mx and fill out the form under the “Hosts” section. Describe your event in detail to facilitate its approval by the MXTW committee.

MXTW welcomes all kinds of tech-related events, from panels, networking sessions, and wellness activities to sports events and lunches. The key is that your event encourages interaction and learning within the tech community.

Yes. Each organizer has the freedom to define the maximum number of attendees and decide whether to approve each participant individually or allow open entry until capacity is reached.

As a host, you have full autonomy to choose your event’s location. It’s important to select a venue that is accessible and suitable for the type of event you are planning.

Your event should align with the goals of the tech community and foster a safe, respectful environment for all participants. All events are reviewed by the MXTW committee to ensure they meet these standards.

MXTW provides visibility through its platform and social media channels, as well as access to a network of potential partners and sponsors. Hosts are responsible for the full organization and logistics of their events.

We recommend using your social media and community channels to give visibility to your event. Be sure to include the official hashtags #MexicoTechWeek, #mxtw2025 and tag us @mexicotechweek so we can amplify your post.

There are no initial fees charged by MXTW to hosts. However, organizers are responsible for any operational costs related to hosting their event.
